Pete joined the business in May 2016 and works as an Account Manager for clients in the North of England, with many located in Hull and the East Riding.
Before his move to Systematic, Pete helped to develop football in local communities, particularly for children and adults with disabilities. The role required lots of partnership working, valuable customer facing experience that Pete is now applying to the print and design sector. A friendly and outgoing person, Pete will always do his best to help.
Helen gained 16 years of experience with a blue chip printer, before joining Systematic in 2002.
Working across North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, Helen offers a first class service to her clients, who value her knowledge and honesty. Helen gets involved in all kinds of print project, but specialises in the many and varied forms of labels that we supply to our clients.
Helen likes nothing more than walking on the golf course on the breezy Cleethorpes coast and is regularly at the top of the leader board in the annual Systematic Golf Open!
Connah had a customer facing role within a business to business environment before joining Systematic, the basis of his role today. He applied this experience to the print industry from 2014.
Connah is always happy to help our clients and provides an attentive, professional service for clients in South Lincolnshire and indeed the South of England.
A specialism that Connah has developed is linked to our Mail Management Service, particularly our on-demand system, which enables us to mail-merge, print and despatch letters on the same day, creating significant time and cost savings for our clients.
Outside work, Connah has a love of the outdoors and keeping fit.
Tracey joined the team in 1996 having previously spent 8 years at an accountancy firm in Grimsby. Starting in our Accounts Department, Tracey quickly progressed to work in our Client Support Team before moving on to become an Account Manager.
Tracey now oversees the varied projects of several of our key national accounts, as well as getting out and about supporting our clients in North East Lincolnshire. Tracey has an in-depth knowledge of our online order portal, relied upon by many of our customers with multiple sites, to manage and call off their print stock efficiently and effectively.
Tracey’s clients know her for her positive ‘can-do’ attitude and her colleagues value her management of our lottery syndicate and expertise when it comes to marking special occasions, from birthdays to eating cake, just because it’s Friday!
In her spare time, Tracey is busy with family and friends and enjoys nothing more than a bit of shopping as well a walk along our bracing coastline.
Gaynor joined our Client Support Team in 2015. Working alongside Account Managers Helen and Tracey, Gaynor is in regular contact with customers across North and North East Lincolnshire.
Gaynor previously worked with offshore manufactures who supply clothing to high street retailers. This expertise brings more knowledge to our corporate gift range, which includes branded workwear.
You would describe Gaynor as friendly and outgoing, she is always happy to help our customers and exceed their expectations!
In her spare time, Gaynor enjoys walking and socialising, as well as theatre and live shows.ﾠShe is also the proud owner of 3 goats!
Robert joined our Creative Studio in 2001 with over 5 years of experience in the design and print industry.
Leading our Creative Studio, Robert coordinates the work of our Graphic Designers, liaising with Account Managers to deliver an end-to-end service that is creative, innovative and on-brand. Robert brings enthusiasm and fun to each project! With over 20 years of experience in our industry, he effectively organises our Studio in a way that enables us to go that extra mile for customers and meet tight deadlines where required.
Robert finds the time to design for many projects progressed within our Creative Studio and has a particular interest in our illustration work. He loves to draw caricatures and sketch in his free time too!
Robert is another sporty team member. He loves cycling and is captain for a local pub’s pool team. A hobby that has been a good fit with the production of past and present Systematic Calendars is Robert’s love of fancy dress parties, with him making memorable appearances as Boy George, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Hellboy and Shrek!
Daniel joined Systematic in 2010 and continues to bring positivity and ambition in abundance to our Creative Studio. Daniel’s creativity knows no bounds and he’s proactive in responding to the latest technology and trends in the world of design. He will push the boundaries of any creative brief, whilst offering a personal and attentive service to our clients.
In the rare moments that Dan is not thinking, researching or creating designs, he might be found walking his dogs, reading a good crime novel or cooking and eating good food.
Tracey joined Systematic in 2014 with over 10 years of experience in customer service roles.
Tracey is positive and hardworking with a friendly and helpful manner. Geographically, Tracey is working with clients across Lincolnshire and the South. Since joining Systematic, Tracey has developed a good knowledge of our colour printing work and promotional products in particular.
Outside work, Tracey enjoys cake decorating and her colleagues often enjoy the fruits of her labour. Other interests include drawing and being outdoors.
Ben worked locally in the golf industry, before immersing himself in our world of print and design in 2014.
Ben’s work is focused around the Midlands and he is often getting up at unsociable hours to attend networking events to spread the word about our award winning print management offer! Ben specialises in security print and pressure-seal products, but will find innovative, cost-effective solutions to the full range of print and design projects.
Golf is still a passion that Ben pursues outside work. His attention to detail is applied to another hobby, repairing and restoring 18th and 19th century pocket watches.
Accounts and Admin
Ruth has worked in administration since leaving college, employed as a personal secretary and then a town clerk, before joining Systematic in 2008.
As Ruth is often the first point of contact on the telephone, she is the voice of Systematic! Luckily Ruth is always cheerful and enthusiastic and will always try to track down the right person for our callers, even if they are having a quick cuppa in the kitchen! Ruth supports our Accounts work too, and is on hand as a specialist in spelling, punctuation and grammar!
A fan of the great outdoors, Ruth is often being taken for a walk by her dog, or pottering in her garden. Ruth also enjoys a good book, a hobby that helps her to be a proof reader that her colleagues rely on.
Tom has worked within our Client Support Team since July 2017. Tom is a Business & Management graduate from the University of Lincoln with a head for business and lots of enthusiasm.
Working alongside Account Manager Ben, Tom is supporting projects for clients based in the Midlands. Tom prides himself on offering a reliable, efficient service, with a smile!
Tom’s the early bird in our team, often starting work early in the day to avoid the traffic on his commute. As a result, he feels like he is always working, driving or sleeping. We’re sure he has lots of adventures in his spare time, but the only insight he offered was a keen interest in cleaning! (He’s obviously playing his cards very close to his chest!)
Steve has always been aﾠ creative thinker ﾠand has a degree in graphic design. Since joining Systematic in 2010 Steve has proudly refused to adopt any technical jargon, demystifying design in the process. He listens carefully to our client’s requirements and gives them a solution they need, but were not expecting!
Steve designs across the full range of media, whilst particularly enjoying identity creation and web design.
In his own words, Steve is known for being a bit of a geek. It may be due to the fact that his sci-fi and comic book knowledge knows no bounds.
Accounts and Admin
Vanda joined Systematic in 2014 after relocating from Cambridgeshire to Lincolnshire. She brought with her over 30 years of experience in business support for local authorities and schools. Whilst a different working environment, common to both is the friendly, helpful and professional signposting and service that Vanda offers to clients, suppliers and colleagues alike.
When not at work, you’ll find Vanda riding her horse and sometimes holidaying on cruise ships, as her other passion is travelling.
Annie is married to Warehouse Manager Bob and was the first member of the family to join Systematic in 1986.
Annie is a real multi-tasker, also reflected in the fact that she also has an important role as a Teaching Assistant at a local school. The peace and quiet at Systematic is welcome as Annie works when most of us have left the building!
At home Annie is kept busy with her family and enjoys the occasional word search.
Bob is in his third decade with Systematic, having joined the business in 1992.
Bob is very service focused and oversees many elements of Systematic’s operations. Clients will see Bob as he makes deliveries. Behind the scenes, he is tasked with stock management, recycling and his green fingers have even led us to success in Britain in Bloom at local and regional levels.
On the rare occasions that Bob is not working, he might be walking in the local countryside with his camera or making a starring turn as Elvis in a local watering hole! Colleague Ken has even been known to make a guest appearance as a backing singer!
Jonathan has passed the 10-year milestone, having joined Systematic in 2006.
Working with a keen eye for detail, Jonathan supports clients located in central Lincolnshire and the Wolds. Jonathan prides himself on his expert knowledge of our full range of printed products, enabling him to be an effective Print Manger that his clients can rely on, regardless of the nature of their print or design requirements.
The free time that Jonathan has is devoted to his wife Andrea and two children, Jessica and Thomas.
Chris joined Systematic in 1998, having previously worked for six years as a Personal Injury lawyer.
Chris is proud to lead a great team at Systematic, ensuring that the company continues to make a positive impact for its clients, colleagues and also within the local community. As Managing Director, Chris takes overall responsibility for all aspects of our operation. His priorities are ensuring that Systematic consistently gives high levels of service, embracing the latest technologies and products, whilst ensuring that the team enjoy their working lives.
When not at work, Chris enjoys running, hiking and cycling, although his favourite times are spent supporting his three children and their multitude of activities.
Sharon joined team Systematic in 1994. Sharon leads our Accounts and Admin department, which aims to provide a professional and effective service that benefits our clients and suppliers alike.
Sharon is extremely organised, which ensures she manages a professional credit control system, aligned to our membership of the Prompt Payment Code. Administered by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, the code is about encouraging and promoting best practice between organisations and their suppliers.
Outside work, you might struggle to catch Sharon, as she runs, cycles and walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds and beyond. Sharon has even completed a sky dive for charity. Fortunately, Sharon makes great sausage rolls that replenish her energy!
Joanna made the move to Systematic in 2012 and works as an Account Manager for clients in the Lincoln, Newark and Market Rasen area.
Known for being very conscientious and committed to her role, Joanna aims to deliver the results that make her clients happy! Joanna has an extensive knowledge of our corporate gift range and can always find a creative way for organisations to promote their products and services.
Joanna’s experience is often used outside work, in the support that she offers as an active member of the local primary’s Friends of School group.
Marketing and Client Support
Since 2012, Jacqui has worked in a Client Support Team and led Systematic’s marketing activities. Jacqui came to Systematic with 15 years of experience leading client facing teams. Beyond her initial career in financial services, Jacqui returned to Lincolnshire to work in business support, so she understands from our client’s perspective, the service, products and promotions that will add value to their work.
It’s said that Jacqui has a way with words and she loves writing copy for Systematic and occasionally our clients. Jacqui champions the promotional products we supply too and is a big advocate of useful, quality gifts as part of the marketing mix.
Beyond work Jacqui is busy trying to create order from the chaos that comes with a young family! She can however always find time to shop or bake her coveted carrot cake.
Web / IT Consultant
One of Systematic’s newest recruits, James joined the team in April 2015. He brought with him 8 years’ experience of enterprise level IT support, with a degree in Business, IT and Education, as well as a background in small website development and management.
The web services offered by James complement the projects led by our Account Managers. James describes himself as a ‘rare-breed’, with a blend of technological and creative skills, as well as an appreciation of what clients are looking for online. All important stuff when it comes to helping organisations create a compelling online presence.
James enjoys clever marketing, product advertising that makes you stop in your tracks! He responds to the speed of innovation in the world of technology, as well as the more mundane IT niggles and problems that the team encounter!
When it comes to leisure activities, James says that he is a ‘full time husband’ and when time permits, he enjoys swimming and playing guitar.
Joining the Systematic team in June 2016 Sarah brings with her more than 20 years of industry experience, having worked in design, production and account manager roles for a litho and digital printers.
Sarah prides herself on giving excellent client service and is passionate about all things print! Sarah is currently supporting the work of our Account Managers across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, utilising her specialisms of flat sheet printing and labels.
Outside work Sarah is a keen equestrian, owning and competing with her horse Indy. When she isn’t riding Sarah loves baking, especially chocolate cakes!
Simone is a graphic design graduate and worked on many high profile design projects before her career with Systematic began in 2004.
Simone creates artwork for both print and screen and is somewhat of a specialist when it comes to social media.
An all-round creative and busy bee at home too, Simone is often making cupcakes that taste as good as they look. Over the last few years Simone has also made hundreds of felt poppy brooches to raise money for charity. Simone also loves taking on crazy sporting challenges in the name of fun, an adventurer whose heart is in the Lake District.
