We are here to help
The world, in which we all seek to run successful businesses has changed, seemingly in the blink of an eye. Please be assured that we remain fully committed to helping you in whatever ways we can.
Our business continuity measures mean that our Sales and Studio teams are working remotely, but normally. Our Warehouse and Finance teams are working differently, yet remain accessible to you. Email is the recommended way to reach us, but equally we are responding to calls on our main telephone number, 01472 851091. We would be happy to schedule a telephone discussion or meeting through video conferencing, as required.
Please progress your orders of stock items in the normal way and kindly note whether we need to make any special delivery arrangements. For contingency, please confirm the latest ideal delivery date. Please note that you will not be asked to sign for deliveries, which will be left in a convenient place close to the entry to your building.
Our production teams are currently in a good position to support new print and corporate gift projects, so please feel free to involve your Account Manager in your to-do list. Our Studio team also have good levels of capacity and creativity that they can apply to your design projects.
We believe communication is key at this difficult time and we’ll stay in touch if the way we’re working changes further. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll do our very best to help you. If you need to reach your contacts, such as through quick turnaround mailing projects, we can help with that too.
