Work smarter with print on demand
As we continue to improve our service offer to you, we’ve invested in systems that will help you work smarter not harder. Our web to print services and automated mailing both give you print on demand, its innovation, without investment on your part! Here’s the lowdown on the opportunities they create for your business.
Our web to print services
What is it?
Web 2 Print, or web to print, is a print order portal that enables you to customise artwork templates and personalise pre-determined elements. This then generates a print-ready artwork proof within parameters that comply with your brand. Systematic, as your trusted print partner, will then check and process your order and artwork and get printing! It’s the Moonpig or Photobox concept, but custom made for the benefit of your business.
Who is it for?
A web to print order portal like this is for busy people who regularly order similar printed items, or those looking to bring consistency to printed items used at multiple branches. Our users like having the control, speed of print on demand and assurance associated with creating their own artwork, whilst not needing to be a designer themselves!
What sort of print projects?
Where to start? The print on demand could be as straightforward as business cards or letterheads, or items that support your marketing, such as posters, banners, leaflets, adverts and more! Imagine, for example, that you have a design for a marketing flyer, which you want all your branches to use for a promotion. Your marketing message needs to be consistent, but each site has different sets of contact details, or a specific call to action. Using a Web to Print template of the core design, your branches could then personalise it to their requirements and order what print they need for delivery, where they need it.
Top 3 print on demand results?
1. You save time with a streamlined design process, accessible 24/7
2. You’re empowered in preparing your print project, but without any compromise to brand consistency
3. Cost-efficient printed items, particularly on short-runs, as design costs are no longer attributed to every print project.
What is it?
The total cost of producing a mail piece manually can easily exceed £1.60, after you’ve accounted for direct and indirect costs. Our automated mailing service introduces technology and economies of scale, for your benefit. Correspondence generated in familiar applications such as Microsoft Word, are printed, fulfilled and mailed in a specialist environment, that’s ISO27001 and GDPR compliant.
Who is it for?
If handling your mailing projects has you and your office printer in overdrive and your inbox in overload, as you stuff letters into envelopes and race to catch the post, automated mailing is for you!
What sort of mailing projects?
Pretty much anything goes for automated mailing. There’s no minimum order quantity and we respond to very tight lead times for correspondence that is one or even many pages long. If you’re project is more involved, perhaps with separate inserts, there will still be a way that we can add value to your work.
Top 3 mailing results?
1. Save time and enjoy the added value that comes from your team working on other projects, this service gives you a process improvement without investment!
2. Reduce spend on stationery, your IT consumables and repairs, and postage
3. Improve your brand integrity by standardising document templates, print quality and stationery.
