The Hopkins Team relied upon Systematic to implement the awareness door drop campaign for the new office. Located on the outskirts of the town and with limited opportunities for external signage, footfall had to be created. Many Sutton residents knew the Hopkins brand, but they needed to know support was on their doorstep. We took that message to those very doorsteps, with database profiling identifying 33,000 contacts to reach by a Royal Mail Door drop campaign.
An A5 double sided leaflet was designed, a clear eye-catching message printed on quality 350g stock. The tangible nature of the mail marketing approach made the information easy for recipients to act on, save for later and share with their families and friends.

The message was designed, printed and delivered for less than £75 per thousand records.
The campaign messages were then reflected in designed adverts, on billboards, bus shelters and in the press.
Incoming calls, walk-ins and web enquiries quickly increased. The door drop campaign was phased to help the team manage this uplift in enquiries. Two months after the door drop campaign, the Sutton team were reflecting that all their key numbers have at least doubled!
Qualified enquiries increased by 200% and 6-months after the office opened the number of new cases was 5 times the level seen in their inaugural month.
