Printed Catalogues for Jolliman


In 2016 family business, Trouser Master Ltd invested in 60 years of Jolliman clothing heritage. They bought this brand, with a reputation for stylish, value for money menswear. The new owners wanted to breathe new life into the Jolliman brand with their designed and printed catalogues. They established ambitious targets for the brand’s first year, with substantial growth year-on-year thereafter.


Using our Smart Print Management System, we project managed the design, print and mailing of over half a million catalogues each year. Approaches that have improved the return from this marketing investment include database cleansing, the introduction of bespoke colourful printed envelopes and the insertion of advertisers leaflets into the envelopes, a new revenue source for Jolliman.


The tight project plan for the catalogue design and print was managed by a dedicated team at Systematic. We ensured the regular despatch of catalogues, to a growing and more targeted database of contacts and to an improving return on investment! 12 months in and the business is already investing in extending its range, premises and team. In terms of a successful brand re-launch, they’ve been there, got the T-Shirt… and sold several thousand more!
