Pilgrim Foodservice sought the trusted advice of a fellow family business to tackle the biggest and most complex print project in their marketing plan, their food product catalogue design! This food catalogue showcases over 4,000 products, an extensive range that needs to be presented in an accessible and visually appealing way. The food Product Catalogue is the go-to point of reference for their customers, creating a platform for ongoing monthly magazines, which share seasonal trends, promotions and menu ideas.
We worked with Pilgrim’s Marketing Team to evolve the specification for the latest catalogue design, taking the format from A4 to A5 and introducing uncoated stocks, for a look not dissimilar to a stylish recipe book! Then came the logistics, the Pilgrim team had their work cut out, collating product lines, codes, prices and features. They relied on our creative services and print management support to take care of the product catalogue design.
Once proofs were approved, we printed and mailed more than 3,000 copies of the food product catalogue to Pilgrim’s customers. As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating and the designed catalogue is generating returns well beyond its investment, supporting the continued growth of this ambitious, quality-driven brand.
